Your order

Upload your own IGC, choose the model and check the crop, dimensions, colours and inscription. Enter your delivery and billing details and review the final total. You can correct these details before payment. Standard-size orders are confirmed after successful payment through Stripe. An unpaid checkout is not a production order. Custom dimensions are individually quoted and are not charged automatically.

Prices and payment

Final prices in EUR. VAT is not charged because the seller is not VAT registered. Card details are handled by Stripe. TONI20 gives 20% off the model, excluding shipping. Codes cannot be combined. The discount and final amount are displayed before payment.

Production and delivery

Estimated production time is 10–15 days after payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. For current production lead times or a delivery deadline, email info@soaringmap.com before ordering. Estimated transit is additional and shown for your delivery country at checkout. Transit estimates are in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. One model is included per checkout. Larger multi-part maps require a personal quotation.

Shipping for standard models: Slovenia €10; other EU countries €12; supported European destinations outside the EU €13, except the United Kingdom €20; United States €70; other supported destinations €20. Destinations are listed at checkout. For other destinations, contact us before ordering. Import duties or local taxes collected by a non-EU destination country are not included. We will contact you if a production issue affects your order.

Personalisation and changes

Your map is created from the flight and design you provide. You must have permission to use those details. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible once production starts. Screen colours can differ from filament colours. Visible layer lines are a normal feature of 3D printing.

Returns and problems

Maps produced from your personal flight are made to your specifications, so the usual 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal does not apply. This does not remove your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or do not match the agreed order. Contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. Where EU consumer law applies, goods have a minimum two-year legal guarantee. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
